Recent studies have shown that simply tracking what you eat can help you live a healthier life. (go ahead, google it!) However, maintaining a journal can be monotonous and time consuming. Who can remember lunch and snacks at the end of a busy day? 

You know how it is, you get all gung-ho about getting on your latest diet and then a few weeks later it’s over. It simply becomes difficult to maintain that healthy lifestyle. In this busy world there simply isn’t enough time to worry about tracking what you eat. Not to mention that people are often on the go and don’t have the best options for healthy eating. They go have fast food for lunch and by dinner they have forgotten they already had a big juicy burger today.

Healthy Eating Guide Guidelines

1. Eat 6 meals throughout the day versus 3 big meals. These 6 meals would include snacks too. Eating more meals makes your metabolism work more efficiently
